Chi Solutions Inc.’s “Lean Lab Design” approach

In the recently concluded 2nd Annual Lab Quality Confab, Wayne D. Mercer, PhD, a senior consultant in operations management with Chi Solutions Inc. presented their “Lean Lab Design” approach.

Dr. Mercer went:
